⬤Systems Level Testing

Systems Level Testing

The IES Murrieta Test Facility (MTF) provides comprehensive systems-level testing to validate the performance, integration, reliability, and operational readiness of complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and fluid systems. Our engineers develop customized test programs that replicate real-world operating environments by combining pressure, flow, temperature, vibration, structural loads, and other conditions to evaluate the complete system—not simply its individual components.

Our capabilities support aerospace, defense, space, energy, and advanced technology applications, including propulsion systems, power units, fluid management systems, control architectures, and other mission-critical hardware. By testing components and subsystems together in a controlled environment, we identify integration issues, verify system interactions, and demonstrate performance under realistic operating conditions.

IES brings decades of hands-on engineering and test experience to each program. We work closely with customers to develop test plans, procedures, instrumentation, control systems, data acquisition, and reporting tailored to their specific requirements. Our flexible infrastructure allows test configurations to be rapidly modified as programs evolve, supporting iterative development and accelerating qualification.

Whether supporting development, qualification, or troubleshooting, IES provides the engineering expertise, test infrastructure, and data needed to reduce technical risk, validate system performance, and move critical hardware toward mission readiness
